Great location and stuff
We had 2 rooms for our booking ( family of 4) - requested 2 connected rooms though they were not available so had to stay separated - not very ideal for holiday travel situation - the toons are shall but comfortable- we stayed in their bigger connected rooms - which were much nicer - so maybe it was just a luck - the service was great and they remember us from the last summer ????

GREAT STAY !!!
Rooms are spacious and clean. i had opted for the premium rooms for more space and was very happy with the room size. the location of the hotel is perfect. The metro/subway and airport line is just 2-3 mins walk away. there is a 7/11 right in the next building. major need to go places - shopping malls ( platinum, central world, palladium) are all 10 mins by cab. the staff is just so very warm. they speak english which makes things easy. and so enthusiastic to help. its a perfect 5 star hotel in affordable prices.
The tv does not have any watchable channels. There are absolutely no movie or seres channels. We decided to spend a night in the hotel instead of outings but the tv was a total buzzkill. also, no youtube, netflix etc. its the 21st century, please upgrade to giving tv with apps. i wanted to understand if they help with VAT return for tourists but they couldnt explain it as this particular staff was a little new who was dealing with me.

The best feeling is that the staff are very nice. The doorman and security guard have been helping u
I am very satisfied that the lobby on the first floor of the hotel is very clean. So the staff is super good at cleaning.
The only thing I was not satisfied with was the room arrangement in the old building. The air-conditioning was not cold at all and the room felt bad. Later I paid an extra 20 SGD per night to upgrade to a new room which was better and bigger.
